Return and refund policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, you may be eligible for a return according to our Return Policy.
Return
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible:
The product must be unused and unworn.
The product must be unwashed and undamaged.
All original tags and labels must be attached.
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Once the returned product reaches us, it will undergo a quality check. The refund will be processed after successful approval.
Exchange
We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
Exchange is available only for eligible products and is subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID and clear photographs/videos of the product.
After verification, we may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the issue.
Note: Returns and exchanges that do not meet the conditions mentioned above may be rejected
